RACE 2 – December 11, 2021 – FPC Track
Please arrive and check in 20 mins before your event
Runners must have bib attached and visible before their grade is called to the starting line:
Grade 4: Bib numbers 400 – 499
Grade 5: Bib numbers 500 – 599
Grade 6: Bib numbers 600 – 699
Grade 7: Bib numbers 700 – 799
Grade 8: Bib numbers 800-899
Anticipated Start times for 12/11/21:
9:05 - Grades 4, 5, Boys
9:20 - Grades 4, 5, 6, Girls
9:35 - Grade 6 Boys
9:55 Grade 7,8 Girls
10:15 Grades 7, 8, Boys
We will hand out the Race 2 Medals in between races
We will once again have some fun relays following the final race, so stick around!
Results, standings and pictures will appear on the RunFlagler.Org website.
Please note that there are multiple grade levels in each race, but runners are only competing against those in their respective grade level. Runners placing 1, 2, and 3 in their grade level please proceed to the podium following your race.

The series will consist of 5 One Mile Running Events to be run in December 2021 and January 2022, bridging the gap between the end of cross country season and the start of outdoor track season. The series is planned for 9 am Saturday mornings at the Flagler Palm Coast High School Brand New Track.
The dates are as follows:

3. December 18, 2021
4. January 8, 2022
5. January 15, 2022
There will be 10 separate scored divisions:
Boys: Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8
Girls: Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8

There will be 10 separate scored divisions:
Boys: Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8
Girls: Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8
(3rd Graders may enter, but will run with the 4th graders and be scored as 4th graders)
Points are awarded as follows: 1st=10 pts; 2nd=7 pts; 3rd=5 pts; 4th=3 pts; 5th= 1 pt.
1 bonus pt each added for finishing the 12/18 Starlight 5k and 1/1 Princess Pl 5k.
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3-point finishers in each of the 10 divisions at the conclusion of the final event. Runners must complete in 3 or more of the 5 events in order to be eligible for a year end award. Series Finisher Medals will be awarded to all runners completing 3 or more of the running events.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be awarded in each of the 10 divisions at the conclusion of each of the 5 running events.
There will be a one-time $65 registration fee that will include entry into all 5 of the running events, as well as a Run Flagler Youth Running Series Long Sleeve tech shirt. Sign up by 11/17 to insure receiving your desired size!

Spring 2021 Running Series

Spring 2021 Series!
The series will consist of 3 one mile running events to be held between April 2021 and May 2021. There will be 2 additional dates with other distances offered. We will also offer a one mile (no entry fee) one-time event for parents! The series is planned for 9 am Saturday mornings. The location will be the FPC track.

2. May 8, 2021 - 1 Mile Run for Points
3. May 15, 2021 - 200 M and 400 M Runs
4. May 22, 2021- 1 Mile Run for Points
5. May 29, 2021 - 800m and 4 x 400 Relays

A free 1 Mile Run for parents will be offered at the May 29th event, so parents start training with your child!
